Custom Duties & Taxes

Hijrah Designs is not responsible for any custom duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. We advise checking your local customs regulations if you’re unsure.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive. However, because our items are shipped directly from our international warehouses, we currently offer refunds and replacements only in the following cases:

Accepted Reasons for Refund or Replacement:

• Item arrived damaged or faulty

• Item is significantly different from the product description

• Wrong item received

Please email us at customerservices@hijrahcreations.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Clear photos of the item & packaging

We’ll review your request and offer either a replacement or refund.
